Your team can provide sponsored fixture access and appear on collaborative views. The buyer remains the case owner and can keep items private, share intentionally, or revoke future access without losing their investigation.
Recommendations and showing preparation
Suggest a fixture property with a reason tied to an explicitly shared buyer priority. Work together on questions and showing plans. Propendium does not replace listing search, the MLS, CRM, or professional advice.
Meaningful updates, not surveillance
Agents see buyer-authorized workflow events—such as a shared question or showing-plan update—not page views, time spent, cursor movement, private notes, hidden intent scores, or inferred buyer qualification.
Transparent co-branding
An approved agent identity, accessible accent, welcome message, and contact context make collaboration personal while “Powered by Propendium” remains visible. Branding never changes evidence, sources, dates, uncertainty, limitations, or rights disclosures.
Shared questions remain distinct from evidence
Agent responses and observations are clearly labeled. They do not silently alter verified evidence state, confidence, coverage, conflicts, identity, source status, or display rights.
Privacy boundaries
Buyers can inspect “What my agent can see.” Brokerage hierarchy does not expand access to private notes, priorities, cost assumptions, documents, or unshared cases. This public page contains only simulated examples and no authenticated user information.
Fixture validation status
The workflow uses deterministic simulated Utah records. It is being validated for clarity, mobile use, accessibility, security, and product fit.
What is not yet live
No live owner, listing, MLS, county, title, permit, incident, or resident provider is queried. Live authentication, collaboration, providers, public sharing, billing, and production use are not included.
