Mission and initial focus
Our mission is to help buyers and real-estate professionals understand what has been checked, what remains uncertain, and what to ask next when investigating a serious property.
Utah pilot
Salt Lake County is the intended first live-data pilot. The current private prototype uses deterministic simulated Utah data; no live provider is queried.
Source transparency
Display-approved evidence should preserve its source, effective and retrieval dates, confidence, coverage, limitations, rights, and conflict state. Denied and rights-unknown facts are not displayed.
Uncertainty and professional boundaries
Conflicting, missing, stale, unavailable, and unchecked information stays visible. Propendium does not replace an MLS, inspection, appraisal, title report, legal or insurance advice, or qualified professional judgment.
Long-term vision
Our vision—not a currently implemented capability—is a trusted, evolving evidence record that helps people understand a property before, during, and eventually after ownership.
